Q: Why should I choose IMN Online Video?

A: Because of our process and our experience. We work with you to create a video that promotes your business in the greatest way possible. Our staff has years of experience working in customer service, TV and the Film industry and collectively we make a team that knows what it takes to make great video.

Q: How long does the entire process take?

A: Depending on the package, it can take anywhere from 3 days to 2 weeks. We maintain communication with you throughout the process and update you on the progress. Because we are effectively collaborating with you, it can sometimes take a bit longer than expected.

Q: Who owns the video once you finish making it?

A: You do. You own everything included in the video (which includes the music) and you can do with it what you please.

Q: Does Online Video really work?

A: Absolutely! We encourage you to check our Portfolio page and do some research for yourself, and see how our customers’ video commercials helped them reach the top of the search engines and ultimately drove more customers to their website.

Q: I am not used to being in front of a camera/doing voice overs. Can you help?

A: We certainly can. Our expert staff has years working with people who are inexperienced in front of a camera. We will help coach you and work with you to help make sure your message comes across loud and clear.

Q: Do you take care of marketing the video?

A: To an extent. Both of our packages include submission to over 30 social media sites using TrafficGeyser. After that, we can help you embed the video on your website. The possibilities are endless considering you retain ownership of every aspect of the video.

Q: I can probably do all of this myself. Why should I hire you to do it for me?

A: We encourage people to create and market their own videos. Who knows your business better than you do? However, we have years of experience working with internet video and we are confident that we can create an amazing video for you in a short amount of time.

Q: Will you need to film me/my business?

A: For a Full Length Video, yes. Typically we only offer this service for business local to the San Francisco North Bay area. However, if you have footage you would like us to edit, we would be more than happy to work with you. For the smaller length video (like most of our samples), all we need is a selection of images that relate to your business.
